Requests must be made no less than 30 days prior to the event date. If a room is requested within 30 days of the rental date, an additional accommodation fee will be added.

This fee is 1.5× the standard rental rate.

Facility Selection & Pricing

  • Multi-Purpose Room w/ Kitchen (Hourly Rate)- $150.00/hour (Capacity)- 40

  • Multi-Purpose Room (Hourly Rate)- $100.00/hour (Capacity)- 40

  • Activity Room #114 (Hourly Rate)- $40.00/hour (Capacity)- 25

  • Activity Room #111 (Hourly Rate) $35.00/hour (Capacity)- 15

  • Gymnasium (Hourly Rate) $200.00/hour (Capacity)- 250

Facility Use Deposit – $35.00

A $35.00 facility-use deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit is refundable upon satisfactory completion of the Rental Cleaning Checklist and inspection confirming the facility was left in proper condition.

Equipment Fee – $20.00

TV Fee: $20.00 (optional)

Terms & Acknowledgment

This is a rental request only. Submission does not guarantee approval.


All requests will be reviewed within 2–4 business days. If approved, you will receive an email containing an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. There will also be a $35 facility-use deposit, which will be refunded after the event if the space is left in good condition. If payment is not received, your request will expire and a new application will be required.


An in-person visit will be required to sign the Facility Rental Agreement before the event date.
